چکیده | ||
زمینه: کارآفرینی نقش مهمی در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی داشته و تلفیق آن با گردشگری میتواند نقش بسزایی در توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی داشته باشد. هدف: پژوهش حاضر نوعی تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی میباشد. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی جایگاه محدوده از منظر مدل تخریب خلاق با محوریت گردشگری ورزشی بود. روش پژوهش: جامعهی آماری شامل 7391 نفر از ساکنان روستاهای بخش زایندهرود شهرستان سامان میباشد. حجم نمونه پژوهشی ۴۰ و 31 نفر به ترتیب از افراد کارآفرین و خبرگان انتخاب شد. دادهها توسط مصاحبه، مشاهده و پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی برای سنجش و آزمونهای مقایسه میانگین ناپارامتریک از نرمافزارهای SPSS و Smart PLSجهت تبیین مدل و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. در نهایت با استفاده از نتایج و راهبردهای استخراجشده از تحلیل SWOC، الگوی مطلوب مشخص گردید. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد میانگینهای 73/3، 91/3 و 27/3 به ترتیب از منظر ساکنان، گردشگران و جهت سرمایهگذاریها محدوده مورد مطالعه در وضعیت مناسبی جهت گسترش تخریب خلاق در گردشگری است. محدوده از نظر مدل تخریب خلاق، در مرحله کالای پیشرفته میباشد. جهتگیری عمده در وضع موجود به سوی راهبرد تدافعی بوده اما برای دستیابی به جایگاه مطلوب، نیاز به اتخاذ راهبرد جهشی میباشد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها، میتوان با توسعه گردشگری ورزشی خلاقانه گردشگران بیشتری را جذب نمود. بر این اساس مسئولین میبایست برنامهریزی و سیاستهای متناسب با آن را تدوین و اجرا نمایند تا با استفاده پتانسیلهای موجود، موانع و مشکلات را کاهش و بهرهمندی بیشتری از توسعه این صنعت به دست آورد. | ||

Objective: Entrepreneurship plays an important role in economic growth and development, and when combined with tourism, it can significantly contribute to social and economic development. The current research is a descriptive-survey type. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of creative entrepreneurship in sports tourism with the approach of creative destruction in Shahrekord city. Methods: The statistical population in this study includes 7391 residents of the villages in the Zayandehroud section of Saman city, who were sampled using targeted sampling (snowball technique). 40 entrepreneurs and 12 experts were selected. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and researcher questionnaires. Data analysis involved descriptive and inferential sections to measure mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, factor analysis, regression, Pearson correlation, and non-parametric mean comparison tests using SPSS and Smart PLS software to explain the model and analyze the structural equations. Finally, the desired pattern was determined using the results and strategies extracted from the SWOC analysis. Results: The results indicated that the averages of 3.73, 3.91, and 3.27, respectively, from the perspectives of residents, tourists, and investments, suggest that the studied area is suitable for the expansion of creative destruction in tourism. Based on the analysis, the area is in the advanced product stage in terms of the creative destruction model. The current orientation leans towards a defensive strategy, but to reach the desired position, a leap strategy is necessary. Conclusions: Considering the area's location in the creative destruction model, there is potential for pursuing the development of creative entrepreneurship. It is necessary to examine the state of creativity in the study area in order to achieve entrepreneurship through creativity and innovation in the field of tourism and take action towards entrepreneurship and development of the area. In this study, with the aim of achieving a dynamic and entrepreneurial rural ecosystem, the state of sports tourism in the area was examined from the perspective of the creative destruction model with a focus on sports tourism.
