| این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل فقر فضایی در مناطق روستایی استان زنجان با روش توصیفی‌ـ تحلیلی انجام شده است. تأثیر عوامل جغرافیایی، زیرساختی، و اجتماعی‌ـ اقتصادی بر توزیع فقر فضایی با استفاده از داده‌های سرشماری رسمی، تصاویر ماهواره‌ای، و طرح‌های بالادستی بررسی شد. تحلیل و انتخاب داده‌ها از طریق روش‌های آماری فضایی شامل مدل حداقل مربعات معمولی (OLS) انجام گرفت. مدل OLS به شناسایی رابطة بین متغیرهای مستقل، مانند ارتفاع و شیب و فاصله تا شهر، پرداخته و به تبیین تفاوت‌های محلی شاخص‌ها کمک کرده است. همچنین، با استفاده از شاخص درجه فقر فضایی (SRPDI) برای ارزیابی تأثیر شاخص‌ها بر فقر مکانی پرخته شد و سپس سنتز مؤلفه‌ها با استفاده از شاخص فقر فضایی (SPI) انجام و در نهایت خوشه بندی صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بیش از نیمی از سکونتگاه‌ها در ارتفاعات بالا و مناطق با شیب زیاد قرار دارند که دسترسی محدود به زیرساخت‌ها و منابع طبیعی را موجب شده است. علاوه بر این، میزان پایین سواد و کمبود جمعیت فعال شرایط اجتماعی نامطلوبی را در این مناطق ایجاد کرده است. یافته‌ها بر ضرورت رویکردهای چندبُعدی و سیاست‌های هدفمند برای کاهش فقر تأکید دارند. بهبود دسترسی به خدمات و توسعة زیرساخت‌ها و تقویت سرمایة اجتماعی از راهبردهای کلیدی پیشنهادی هستند. این پژوهش با شناسایی روابط پیچیده بین عوامل مختلف مبنایی علمی برای سیاست‌گذاری جهت توسعة پایدار و کاهش نابرابری‌های منطقه‌ای فراهم می‌آورد. | ||

| This research examines spatial poverty in the rural settlements of Zanjan Province through a descriptive-analytical approach. The study investigates the impact of geographical, infrastructural, and socio-economic factors on the spatial distribution of poverty by utilizing official census data, satellite images, and upper-level plans. Data analysis was conducted using spatial statistical methods, including the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) model, which identifies relationships between independent variables such as elevation, slope, and distance from urban centers, thereby explaining local variations in poverty indices. Furthermore, the Spatial Poverty Degree Index (SRPDI) was employed to evaluate the influence of these factors on spatial poverty, followed by the synthesis of components through the Spatial Poverty Index (SPI) and clustering analysis. The results indicate that over half of the settlements are situated in high-altitude and steep slope areas, leading to limited access to infrastructure and natural resources. Additionally, low literacy rates and a lack of an active population contribute to unfavorable social conditions in these regions. The findings highlight the need for multidimensional strategies and targeted policies to reduce poverty, including improvements in service access, infrastructure development, and social capital strengthening. This research provides a scientific basis for policymaking aimed at sustainable development and reducing regional inequalities by identifying the complex interrelationships among various factors. | ||
