Abstract | ||
Though it has been essential to compile such a book for the library students, yet there are some points about it which can not be left unseen. Unfortunately most of our writers are used to rely on western references when compiling books on the history of civilization and other relevant subjects. While western writers, on the other hand, try to place themselves in the focus of all attention when writing about these subjects. Thus, they put non-western pepole, specially Muslems, on the outskirts. This very way of viewing the past and presednt history, has influenced the works of those writers who rely on western references. The present article trys to look for such influences in the fore-mentiond book. | ||
