Abstract | ||
One Kind Of Principles of extraterritorial Criminal Jurisdiction is Universal Jurisdiction . According to this Principle, every State is entitled or even obliged to undertake legal proceeding without regard to where the crime was Commited or the nationality of the perpetrators or the victims.In Spite of its growing importance, universal jurisdiction is not widely understood. but Germany and U.S.A are advanced in this field and so the present article examines this problem in those states. | ||
