| چکیده | ||
| این تحقیق در تلاش است تا مسئله "کلما حکم به العقل حکم به الشرع" را اثبات کند. از آن جایی که هر دلیل عقلی از دو مقدمه، یکی صغری و دیگری کبری تشکیل شده است؛در گام نخست مقدمه صغری، یعنی تحسین و تقبیح عقلی اثبات خواهد شد و سپس به مقدمه کبری که تلازم بین حکم عقل و حکم شرع است، خواهیم پرداخت. در نهایت جایگاه عقل در نظام حقوقی اسلام و ایران و مصادیقِ آن مورد بررسی قرارخواهد گرفت. بنابراین، مباحث مطروحه در این مجموعه؛ یکی اثبات حسن و قبح عقلی است و آنگاه اثبات ملازمه بین حکم عقل و حکم شرع، جایگاه عقل در نظام حقوقی اسلام و ایران و مصادیق حکم عقل در آنها است. | ||

| This study intends to prove the issue of "whatever is verified by reason is accepted by religion". Every rational argument consists of two premises: the minor one and the major one. Therefore, firstly, we are going to confirm the minor premise that is the intellectual admiration and condemnation. Following this, the major premise which is the correlation between reason and religious commandment will be discussed. Finally, the position of reason in Iran and Islamic system of rules and its concretizations are going to be examined. Consequently, the discussed issues in this article includes proving the intellectual admiration and condemnation, confirming the correlation between religious commandment and reason, and talking through the position of reason in Iran and Islamic system of rules and its concretizations. | ||
