A website evaluation model by integration of previous evaluation models using a quantitative approach | ||

| چکیده | ||
| Regarding the ecommerce growth, websites play an essential role in business success. Therefore, many authors have offered website evaluation models since 1995. Although, the multiplicity and diversity of evaluation models make it difficult to integrate them into a single comprehensive model. In this paper a quantitative method has been used to integrate previous models into a comprehensive model that is compatible with them. In this approach the researcher judgment has no role in integration of models and the new model takes its validity from 93 previous models and systematic quantitative approach. | ||

| با توجه به روند روبهرشد تجارت الکترونیکی در دنیای کسبوکار، وبسایتها بیش از پیش در سودآوری و موفقیت کسبوکارها نقش ایفا میکنند. از این رو محققان بسیاری از سال 1995 اقدام به ارائۀ مدلهایی برای ارزیابی وبسایتها کردهاند. با این حال تعدد و ناهمگونی مدلهای ارائهشده، جمعبندی و برداشت دقیق از این مدلها را دشوار کرده است. در این مقاله تلاش شده است با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل، مدلهای پیشین بهگونهای در یک مدل تجمیع شود که ضمن مطابقت نسبی ساختار مدل با اغلب آنها، از جامعیت نسبی نیز برخوردار باشد. مزیت استفاده از فراتحلیل به جای استفاده از روشهای کیفی رایج این است که در این روش، به جای تکیه بر قضاوت مؤلفان و خبرگان، دیدگاههای افرادی تجمیع شده است که در زمینۀ ارزیابی وبسایت صاحبنظرند و دارای مقالات داوریشده هستند. به بیانی دیگر، اعتبار این روش متأثر از اعتبار تمامی مدلهای پیشینی است که در نشریههای معتبر ثبت شدهاند. | ||
