| چکیده | ||
| The advancement of technology and its application in various industries make the organization looking for use of key technologies such as ERP. The number of failures occur in ERP implementation in various industries including Iranian industries. The attention of many researchers has focused on identifinig critical success factors or critical failure factors. Hence, these factors should be prioritized properly. On the other, these factors have mutual effects usually focus and prioritize the critical success factors. The critical failure factors is a farce regardless of the mutual effects. This paper has been tried using the Delphi method to identify and classify critical failure factors of ERP Implementation in Iranian Industries. Then 37 factors were classified in 8 groups. Mutual effects of these factors are measured utilizes Gray DEMATEL method and prioritize has been conducted each factor and sub-factors. | ||

| در سالهای اخیر سازمانهای ایرانی با توجه به مزیتهای فراوان ERP، علاقهمند به بهرهگیری از ERP در سازمانهای خود شدند. در این میان شکستهای متعددی که پس از پیادهسازی ERP در صنایع مختلف، ازجمله صنایع ایرانی اتفاق میافتد، توجه بسیاری از محققان را به شناسایی عوامل بحرانی موفقیت یا شکست این پروژهها معطوف کرده است. از آنجاکه این عوامل معمولاً بر یکدیگر اثرهای متقابلی میگذارند، توجه و اولویتبندی عوامل بحرانی موفقیت یا شکست، بدون در نظر گرفتن تأثیرهای درونی این عاملها بر یکدیگر، کاری بیهوده است. در این نوشتار با استفاده از ادبیات پژوهش 57 عامل استخراج شد و پس از بهرهگیری از نظر خبرگان، بر اساس روش دلفی 37 عامل شناسایی شدند و در هشت دسته قرار گرفتند و با بهرهگیری از رویکرد دیماتل خاکستری، آثار متقابل این عوامل با هم سنجیده شدند. اولویتبندی هریک از عوامل بر اساس روابط علی و معلولی صورت گرفته است. | ||
