چکیده
سرمایه اجتماعی به پیوندها و ارتباطات مبتنی بر اعتماد میان مجموعه­های انسانی و سازمانی به عنوان منبعی ارزشمند اشاره دارد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی مفهوم سرمایه اجتماعی و مؤلفه‌ها و شاخصه‌های ارزیابی آن، و بررسی تطبیقی وضعیت این مفهوم در بین سازمان‌های اجرایی استان قم (بخش کشاورزی) و تلاش برای ایجاد تصویری روشن از ابعاد این سرمایه مهم انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارکنان شاغل درسازمان جهاد کشاورزی و سازمان‌های زیرمجموعه آن در استان قم است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه است که روایی آن به روش روایی عاملی تأیید شد و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. آلفای معادل 909/0 نشان از پایایی خوب ابزار تحقیق است. آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق از طریق آزمون تی استیودنت انجام گرفت. نتایج آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش نشان داد وضعیت همه مؤلفه‌های شناسایی‌شده، و به‌طورکلی، سرمایه اجتماعی در سازمان‌های مورد بررسی مطلوب و مساعد است.

چکیده [English]
Social capital referred to communications and links that based on trust and formed between human and institutional collections as a valuable source. This article aimed to explore the social capital concept and its indicators and how to evaluation its criteria, and then compare this variables in executive organization of Qom province until can introduce a clear illustration about this concept. The population of study is all staff in Jahad organization and its sub-organizations. Data have gathered by a questionnaire and Confirmatory factor analysis used to investigating the dimension of social capital in this case. Result showed this organization has favorable position about social capital indicators.
