| The benefits of Enterprise Systems (ES) are very varied and have been studied by scientists in this field over the years. But one aspect that is less noticed is the benefit result of the ES implementation in the procurement process, which is very important to the contractor companies. The main objective and the purpose of this research is to address this important issue. Other objective of the study is to find out the main reason for accepting ES and to provide a benefit evaluation framework using the balanced scorecard framework. This article seeks to provide a framework using a full review of the literature, and the proposed framework will be assessed in the contractor company projects through action research strategy and finally the benefit of the implementation will be offered. Except of localized definition of ES benefits framework and assessment of the benefits, the findings of present study includes the mixed research methodology with two positivism and interpretativism approaches through two full cycles of action research. | ||

| مزیتهای بهدستآمده از استقرار سیستم‌های سازمانی بسیار متنوعاند و طی سالهای متمادی دانشمندان بسیاری این موضوع را مطالعه کردهاند، اما یکی از جنبه‌های اصلی که کمتر بدان پرداخته شده است، مزیتهای حاصل از استقرار در فرایند تأمین بهصورت خاص در شرکت‌های پیمانکاری است که درواقع مسئلۀ اصلی و هدف این پژوهش را شکل می‌دهد. از دیگر اهداف پژوهش، می‌توان به یافتن دلایل اصلی پذیرش سیستم‌های سازمانی و ارائۀ چارچوب سنجش مزیتها با استفاده از کارت امتیازی متوازن اشاره کرد. این مقاله بهدنبال ارائۀ چارچوبی با استفاده از بررسی کامل ادبیات پژوهش است و در تلاش است پس از سنجش چارچوب در پروژه‌های سازمان پیمانکاری با استفاده از روش اقدام‌پژوهی، مزایای استقرار را نیز بیان کند. از جمله یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر جدا از تعریف بومیشده، چارچوب مزیتهای سیستم‌های سازمانی و سنجش مزیتهای سیستم‌های سازمانی در سازمان نمونه، روش پژوهش تلفیقی با دو رویکرد اثبات‌گرایی و تفسیری طی دو چرخۀ کامل اقدام‌پژوهی است. | ||
