| Abstract | ||
| برونسپاری فناوری اطلاعات رویکردی در حال گسترش و جایگزین اجرای پروژهها و ارائۀ خدمات فناوری اطلاعات درون سازمان است. تجربۀ سازمانها در برونسپاری فناوری اطلاعات نشان میدهد این فرایند مخاطرات و مشکلات گوناگونی به همراه دارد. پژوهش پیش رو به شناسایی و اولویتبندی مخاطرات برونسپاری پروژههای زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات پرداخته است. پس از بررسی چارچوبهای مختلف تقسیمبندی مخاطرات برونسپاری فناوری اطلاعات و با اخذ نظر خبرگان موضوعی مبتنی بر روش دلفی، چارچوب طبقهبندی مخاطرات براساس منشأ بروز مخاطرات از جنبههای گوناگونی چون مخاطرات مرتبط با کارفرما، پیمانکار و دورۀ زمانی (مخاطرات پیش، حین و پس از قرارداد و مخاطرات عمومی) بهدست آمد. در مجموع 22 مخاطرۀ اصلی شناسایی و در گروههای مربوط جانمایی شد. سپس بر مبنای نظرخواهی از افراد مجرب و با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل سلسلهمراتبی، مخاطرات شناساییشده اولویتبندی شد. نتایج حاصل نشان میدهد مخاطراتی که بهدلیل ضعف ساختاری و محتوایی بروز میکنند، مهمتر از مخاطراتی است که بهدلیل ضعف دانش فنی و محتوایی بهوجود میآیند. | ||
