The importance of obtaining market information via organization’s competitive intelligence considering the extensive changes which companies are experiencing in different areas like increased pressure of competition, emerging new technologies, privatisation in thier competitive environment is now more than ever and can highly affect organizational performance. Hence this study assessed the effect of competitive intelligence on organizational performance in commercial banks. This research was an applied research in terms of purpose and correlational descriptive in terms of data gathering method. The statistical population of the study is the 22 commercial banks that 14 banks cooperated with this research and from the cooperating banks we gathered a sample of 174 participants. Data were gathered by questionnaire and At the end, by using Structural equation modeling and SmartPLS and SPSS softwares hypothesis were tested. Research findings showed that competitive intelligence affects organizational performance.Its indicators which are, competitors,technologic, strategic-social and market intelligence also affect organizational performance respectively. | ||

اهمیت دستیابی به اطلاعات بازار که حاصل هوشمندی رقابتی سازمان است با تغییرات وسیعی که امروزه شرکتها در حوزههای مختلف از جمله افزایش شدت رقابت، ورود فناوریهای جدید، خصوصیسازی و مواردی مانند اینها در محیط رقابتی خود تجربه میکنند، بیش از پیش افزایشیافته و بهشدت بر عملکرد سازمان تأثیر میگذارد. از این رو پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر هوشمندی رقابتی بر عملکرد سازمان در بانکهای تجاری اجرا شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ نحوۀ گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی و از شاخۀ همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری آن 22 بانک تجاری است که از 14 بانک همکاریکننده با پژوهش، 174 نفر برای نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. پس از جمعآوری پرسشنامهها، دادهها در قالب مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بهکمک نرمافزارهایSmartPLS و SPSS بررسی شدند. یافتهها نشان داد هوشمندی رقابتی بر عملکرد سازمانی تأثیر میگذارد. مؤلفههای هوشمندی رقابتی که هوشمندی رقبا، تکنولوژیکی، راهبردی ـ اجتماعی و بازار را دربرمیگیرند نیز بهترتیب اولویت بر عملکرد سازمان تأثیرگذارند. | ||
