چکیده | ||

چکیده [English] | ||
Retinol Binding Protein4 (RBP4) Such as adipocytokines that could be a marker for type 2 diabetes And seems to be leading to increased insulin resistance. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of aerobic training on serum RBP4 and insulin resistance in adult male rats. In the present experimental study 16 Wistar rats were randomly divided to one of the exercise group (n=10) or control group (n=10). The training group performed 8 weeks of aerobic training three times in week. Training protocol began intensity 30% vo2max and 10 minutes and In the last two weeks increased Intensity of training to 75% vo2max and time of training to 45-50 minutes. The data were analyzed via independent t-test and Pearson,s correlation coefficient at P≤0/05. analysis of the data showed that Serum RBP4 levels were significantly decreased after aerobic training (P≤0/05). Insulin, glucose, and insulin resistance showed a significant decrease after aerobic training (P≤0/05). However, Eight weeks of aerobic training were not a significant effect on cholesterol, triglyceride and HDL and only after eight weeks, there were significant reductions in LDL (P≤ 0/05). The relationship between RBP4 with lipid profile and insulin resistance Showed no significant correlation After eight weeks of aerobic training. From these results it can be concluded that aerobic training causes was significantly decreased in serum RBP4 in adults male rats and seems to be improve in insulin resistance Effective factor is Reduction in serum RBP4 levels in adult male rats.
