سیاستگذاری رسانهای، راهبردهای کلانی است که بر هدایت رسانهها در نیل به اهداف مشخص نظام حاکم دلالت دارد. از آنجاکه حوزۀ سیاستگذاری رسانهای، حوزهای ناشناخته در داخل کشور است، هدف این پژوهش، اجرای پژوهشی نظری در حوزۀ سیاستگذاری رسانهای و تبیین چارچوبی نظری برای آن است. از بررسیهای بهعملآمده مشخص شد که از بعد نظری دو رویکرد در حوزۀ سیاستگذاری رسانهای وجود دارد؛ رویکرد اول که رویکردی سنتی به سیاستگذاری رسانه است، رسانهها را نهادهایی قابل سیاستگذاری میداند و در این راستا بیشتر دولت و حاکمیتها را پررنگ میکند که چطور دولتها برای حفظ منافع عمومی دست به سیاستگذاری رسانهای میزنند. رویکرد دوم از نظر پیشرفتهای تکنولوژیک حوزۀ ارتباطات، عرصۀ رسانه را عرصهای غیرقابل سیاستگذاری میداند. در این مقاله تلاش شده است براساس مدلها و نظریههای موجود در حوزۀ سیاستگذاری رسانهای، در قالب این دو رویکرد چارچوب نظری جداگانهای تدوین شود. | ||

Media policy is the major strategies that guide the media in achieving the specific objectives. Since the field of media policy area in the country is unknown, purpose of this study is carried out theoretical research in the field of media policy and develops a theoretical framework. Theoretically there are two approaches in the field of media policy. The first approach is that the traditional approach to media policy, media and policy institutions can be understood in this context to highlight the role of government and the rule of it that how governments protect the public interest.The second approach is an approach those in terms of technological advances in the field of non-media communication's policy. In this work, based on models and theories in the field of media policy, theoretical framework in the form of two separate approaches has been developed. Key words: media, media policy, policy | ||
