چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عناصر چیرهدستی سازمانی در سازمانهای علمی و فناورانه است. پژوهش حاضر از دسته پژوهشهای توصیفی بهشمار میرود که به روش پیمایش اجرا میشود. در این پژوهش مدل چیره دستی سازمانی از نظر کمی آزمایش شده است. جامعۀ آماری از میان شرکتهای فعال علمی و فناورانۀ جهاد دانشگاهی انتخاب شده است، بهطوری که این شرکتها بیش از 10 نفر کارمند و 5 مدیر دارند و 94 شرکت را دربرمیگیرد. با توجه به فرمول کوکران 76 نمونۀ آماری از شرکتهای فعال به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. در هر شرکت 3 مدیر به سؤالهای پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند که میانگین نظر آنها بهمنزلۀ نمایندۀ شرکت تحلیل شد. بازگشت پرسشنامهها از نمونۀ آماری 92 درصد بود که دادههای جمعآوریشده بهکمک روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و تکنیک تحلیل مسیر تحلیل شدند. این پژوهش نُه فرضیه را مطرح کرده است که هشت فرضیۀ آن به تأیید رسید و فقط تأثیر عوامل مداخلهگر بر استراتژیها و راهبردهای چیرهدستی بهدلیل عدد معناداری پایین تأیید نشد. | ||

. By Using Theorical Sampling and using sampling techniques targeted (judgment) Sampling and application of Snowball (chain) and Purposive Sampling was carried out on the basis of 16 interviews with administrators, faculty and Academic Experts of ACECR Which were Experienced in the field of Exploitation and Exploration and are Expert in both Fields. Analysis of Interview Data in The Process of Open Coding, Axial Coding and Selective Coding emerged in a theory in the field of ambidexterity in which architecture of Ambidexterity based on Committed Intelligence, Engineering Exploration and Technology-Based Exploration were Selected as Main Concepts Orienting to Ambidextrous. | ||
