A Comparison of Activity of Selected Shoulder Girdle Muscles in Boxers during Punch Kick using Three Different Techniques

چکیده
The aim of this study was to measure the intensity of activity of shoulder girdle muscles in punch kick using three techniques: shadow boxing, punch against punching bag and punch against a real opponent. 10 elite boxers (age 24±3 yr, mass 78±24 kg and height 177±5 cm) and 10 amateur boxers (age 20±4 yr, mass 81±13 kg and height 173±8 cm) participate in this study. Surface electromyography (sEMG) was used to measure the activity of middle trapezius, anterior deltoid, middle deltoid, posterior deltoid, pectoralis major, biceps brachii and triceps brachii muscles of the punching arm. ANOVA with repeated measures was performed to statistically test the effect of three different techniques of punch kick. The effect of different skill level was tested by multivariate ANOVA (P≤0.05). The results showed that anterior deltoid had the greatest muscle activity and pectoralis major indicated the least activity during punch kick. The effect of these three techniques was significant (P=0.000) (considering no other factors). The shoulder girdle muscles required maximum and minimum muscle activity in punch against punching bag and shadow kick respectively. The effect of skill level showed no significant difference in the EMG activity of muscles (P=1.22). The obtained results suggested the presence of a goal-dependent muscle activity strategy in punch kick.

هدف از این تحقیق، اندازه­گیری شدت فعالیت عضلات کمربند شانه­ای هنگام ضربۀ مشت مستقیم در سه روش سایه زدن، ضربه به کیسه بوکس و ضربه به گارد حریف واقعی بود. آزمودنی­ها  10 بوکسور نخبه (سن 3±24 سال، جرم 24±78 کیلوگرم و قد 5±177 سانتی­متر) و همچنین 10 بوکسور آماتور (سن 4±20 سال، جرم 13±81 کیلوگرم و قد 8±173 سانتی­متر) بودند. میزان فعالیت عضلات ذوزنقۀ میانی، دلتوئید قدامی، دلتوئید میانی، دلتوئید خلفی، سینه­ای بزرگ، دوسر بازویی و سه­سر بازویی هنگام ضربۀ مشت مستقیم در سه روش مختلف به‌وسیلۀ دستگاه الکترومایوگرافی سطحی در دست ضربه‌زننده اندازه­گیری شد. برای ارزیابی آماری تأثیر سه روش مختلف ضربۀ مشت مستقیم از تحلیل واریانس طرح اندازه­گیری مکرر و برای ارزیابی تأثیر سطح مهارتی متفاوت از تحلیل واریانس طرح چندمتغیره استفاده شد (05/0P≤). نتایج نشان داد که عضلۀ دلتوئید قدامی بیشترین و عضلۀ سینه­ای بزرگ کمترین شدت فعالیت را هنگام ضربۀ مشت مستقیم داشتند. اثر عامل سه تکنیک مشت زدن بدون در نظر گرفتن سایر عوامل معنادار است (000/0=P). عضلات ناحیۀ کمربند شانه­ای هنگام ضربۀ مشت به کیسه بوکس و سایه زدن به‌ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین میزان فعالیت را از خود نشان دادند. اثر عامل سطح مهارت اختلاف معناداری را در میزان فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی عضلات نشان نداد (22/1=P). نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از وجود یک راهبرد فعالیت عضلانی، وابسته بر نوع هدف هنگام اجرای ضربۀ مشت مستقیم است.
