بررسی امکان جایگزینی نسبی تفالة میوة زیتون با برخی اقلام جیره در تغذیة ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان پرورشی (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) | ||

چکیده | ||
این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تأثیر استفاده از ضایعات حاصل از روغنکشی میوة زیتون بر ترکیبات شیمیایی بدن، شاخصهای رشد، فاکتورهای خونی و ارزیابی حسی ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان انجام پذیرفت. 6 نوع جیره غذائی شامل یک جیره شاهد (بدون تفاله زیتون) و 5 جیره حاوی 2، 4، 6، 8 و 10 درصد تفالة خشک و الک شده تجاری میوة زیتون تهیه شده و ماهیان با وزن متوسط 7/184 گرم در استخرهای مستطیلی شکل تغذیه شدند. هر تیمار از سه تکرار برخوردار بود. دبی متوسط آب 10 لیتر بر ثانیه و میزان دما و pH آب به ترتیب در طی دوره پرورش 3±10 درجه سانتی گراد و 9/7- 8/6 بوده است. ماهیها بر اساس میزان اشتها در سه نوبت در روز (ساعتهای 8، 12 و 18) بطور دستی تغذیه شدند. بررسی شاخصهای مختلف اعم از آنالیز لاشه، شاخصهای رشد و فاکتورهای خونی نشان داد که میتوان تا 8 درصد جیره توسط تفاله زیتون جایگزین شود و علیرغم اینکه در اکثر موارد تیمار 10 درصد نیز شرایط مشابهای داشته اما با بررسی برخی از شاخصهای خونی بهنظر میرسد که استفاده از تفاله زیتون تا 8 درصد ترکیب جیره مناسبترین میزان بکارگیری آن می باشد. | ||

This study investigated effects of different levels of dietary olive oil pomace on body composition, growth performance, hematological factors and sensory analysis of rainbow trout. Six practical diet containing 0 (control), 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10% olive pomace were formulated and supplied to fish with an average body weight of 184.7 g being allocated randomly to rectangular concrete ponds. Water flow was 10 L S-1. Temperature and pH were 10±3°C and 6.8-7.9, respectively. Fish were fed by hand ad libitum three times a day. At the end of the experiment, eviscerates and beheaded body composition and growth performance were not affected by difference levels of olive pomace (P > 0.05). However, hematological parameters were significantly affected by increasing olive oil pomace (P<0.05). The findings of this study suggested that a maximum of 8% level of olive oil pomace is the best optimum growth, body composition and hematological factors for rainbow trout. | ||
