چکیده | ||
امروزه بهدلیل ظهور سه روند عمدة رقابت شدید بینالمللی، بازارهای گسسته و فناوری در حال تغییر، شاهد طرح بیشازپیش موضوع نوآوری هستیم. روندهای یادشده، علاقة صاحبنظران حوزة کسبوکار را به توجه شگرف و جستوجو در مفهوم سرمایة اجتماعی بهمثابة عامل حیاتی در ارتقای سطح عملکرد سازمان و مقدمة خلق مزیت رقابتی مبتنی بر نوآوری جلب کرده است. بنابراین، غایت مطالعة حاضر، بررسی چگونگی تبیین نقش سرمایة اجتماعی بر عملکرد نوآوریهای فناورانه است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بوده و جامعة آماری این پژوهش شرکتهای دانشبنیان مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری دانشگاه تهران بودند که با توجه به دسترسی به همة شرکتهای مورد مطالعه، پرسشنامة پژوهش برای همة شرکتهای جامعة آماری ارسال شد که در نهایت، 96 پرسشنامة قابل تحلیل دریافت شد که با توجه به جدول کرجسی و مورگان، حداقل نمونه مورد نیاز (85 واحد تحلیل) برای این جامعة آماری را پوشش داد. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد از بین ابعاد سرمایة اجتماعی، دو بعد تعامل اجتماعی و اعتماد، بر تعهد به نوآوری و توسعة دانش مشتری تأثیر مثبت میگذارند، اما تأثیر مثبت بعد هنجارهای مشترک بر متغیرهای تعهد به نوآوری و توسعة دانش مشتری ثابت نشد. تعهد به نوآوری بر توسعة دانش مشتری بهطور مثبت تأثیرگذار است. همچنین، تأثیر مثبت دو متغیر تعهد به نوآوری و توسعة دانش مشتری بر عملکرد نوآوری تأیید شد. در انتها پیشنهادهای مدیریتی در ارتباط با یافتههای تحقیق بیان شد. | ||

Nowadays, a lot of discussions about innovation topic are seen because of the emergence of three major trends in strong international competition, discrete markets and changing technology. These trends have attracted an interest of business experts toward a wonderful attention and research in the concept of social capital as a critical factor that makes a promotion of organizational performance and creating competitive advantage is based on innovation. Therefore, goal of this study is to investigate how to explain the role of social capital on the performance of technological innovation. The research method was descriptive-survey and sample of the study was knowledge based companies in Science and Technology Park of Tehran University. With regard to access to all the companies studied, the questionnaire was sent to all firms. 96 questionnaires were received, which covered the minimum required sample (85 units of analysis) according to Morgan table.The study's test results indicate that among dimensions of social capital, both social interaction and trust have a positive impact on commitment to innovation and customer knowledge development, but shared norms didn’t have the positive impact on these variabels. The effect of Commitment to innovation on the development of customer was confirmed, Also, both commitment to innovation and customer knowledge development are positively influenced on innovation performance. Lastly, management suggestions from research findings are provided. | ||
