چکیده
 
Fatigue causes afferent feedback disorder, muscle timing disorder and injury in organs. In this study, the effect of a functional fatigue protocol on pattern and onset of electromyography activity of selective lumbo-pelvic and peroneal muscles. 13 healthy female taekwondo athletes (mean age 20.92±1.25 years, weight 53.69±4.17 kg, height 166.92±5.00 m and activity experience 7.92±1.75 years) took part voluntary in this study. Firstly, the onset of EMG activity of erector spinae, quadratus lumborum, gluteus medius and peroneus lunges muscles was recorded during single leg jump-landing. Then, subjects participated in the fatigue protocol and EMG activity of muscles was recorded again. The analysis of variance showed significant differences in onset of muscle activity in pretest and posttest (P≤0.0005), but this pattern showed no significant differences in pretest and posttest. Paired t test showed a faster onset of each four muscles after fatigue; that was significant in quadratus lumborum, gluteus medius and peroneus lunges. But it was not significant in erector spine. As a result, central nervous system is more sensitive in fatigue condition when it predicts more injury risk and employs muscles sooner so that it can protect joints in high-risk conditions. So it attempts to recall motor strategies to prevent probable injuries sooner.

خستگی سبب اختلال در بازخورد آوران‌ها، زمان‌بندی فعالیت عضلات و بروز آسیب در اندام‌ها می‌شود. در تحقیق حاضر اثر یک دوره پروتکل خستگی عملکردی بر الگو و شروع فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی منتخبی از عضلات کمری- لگنی و پرونئال بررسی شد. سیزده تکواندوکار زن سالم با میانگین سنی 25/1±92/20 سال، وزن 17/4±69/53 کیلوگرم، قد 00/5±92/166 سانتی‌متر و سابقۀ فعالیت 75/1±92/7 سال داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت داشتند. ابتدا حین پرش– فرود تک‌پا زمان شروع فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات ارکتوراسپاین، کوادراتوس لومباروم، گلوتوس مدیوس و پرونئوس لانگوس ثبت شد. سپس افراد در پروتکل خستگی شرکت کردند و بار دیگر فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات ثبت شد. آزمون آنالیز واریانس نشان داد اختلاف معناداری در زمان شروع فعالیت عضلات در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون وجود دارد (0005/0≥ P)، اما این الگو در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون تفاوت معناداری را نشان نمی‌دهد. آزمونt  زوجی نشان داد زمان فعال شدن هر چهار عضله پس از خستگی سریع‌تر شد، که در سه عضلۀ کوادراتوس لومباروم، گلوتوس مدیوس و پرونئوس لانگوس معنادار بود؛ ولی برای عضلۀ ارکتوراسپاین معنادار نبود. در نتیجه سیستم عصبی مرکزی در زمان خستگی که پیش‌بینی می‌کند ریسک آسیب بیشتر است، حساس‌تر می‌شود و عضلات را زودتر به خدمت می‌گیرد تا از مفاصل در شرایط پرخطر محافظت کند. ازاین‌رو سعی دارد تا راهبرد‌های حرکتی را برای پیشگیری از آسیب احتمالی زودتر فراخوانی کند.
