چکیده | ||
تحقیق حاضر به دنبال یافتن عوامل مؤثر در شکلگیری خادمیت در شرکتهاست. از این رو، این تحقیق کاربردی با استفاده از رویکرد تطبیقی-کیفی و بهکارگیری روش تحلیل فازی به این بررسی پرداخته است. جامعۀ آماری شرکتهای مستقر در شهرک صنعتی سلیمان صباحی بیدگلی است که در این میان 28 شرکت خانوادگی انتخاب شده است. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه جمعآوری شده است. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق انتخاب معتبرترین شاخصها و گویهها با توجه به ادبیات نظری و تأیید خبرگان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. براساس تئوریهای تبیینکنندۀ خادمیت، 5 شرط سرمایۀ اجتماعی خانوادگی، تعهد، اعتماد، ازخودگذشتگی و فرایند استراتژی مشارکتی به تحلیل وارد شده است. تحلیل علّی مفرد نشان داد که سرمایۀ اجتماعی خانوادگی، تعهد، اعتماد و فرایند استراتژی مشارکتی، شروط لازم و ازخودگذشتگی شرط کافی است. تحلیل استاندارد نشان داد که اعتماد و نبود سرمایۀ اجتماعی خانوادگی ممسکترین راه برای شکلگیری خادمیت است. | ||

Stewardship theory is relatively new theory that rejects the assumptions of agency theory. This research article is investigating the variables that are forming stewardship behavior in industrial firms. For reaching this aim, this study was used mix comparative-qualitative approach and fuzzy analysis. Research census is 28 firms in Soleyman Sabahi Industrial City Town was done. Data was gathered via questionnaire. According to theories, 5 variables are considered as causal conditions. Fuzzy subset relation shows that trust, commitment, family social capital and participative strategy process are necessity conditions and altruism is sufficiency condition. Standard analysis demonstrates that trust and negation family social capital are parsimonious paths for development of stewardship behavior. | ||
