چکیده | ||
[English]
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of organizational politics perception on resistance to change in physical education teachers in the presence of moderating variable of organizational forgetting. The study was application in term of aims with descriptive survey approach which was conducted as a field in terms of data collection. The sample was equal to statistical population which consisted of physical education teachers of Marand city (N=n=107). The questionnaires of Perception of Organizational Politics (Kacmar and Carlson, 1997), Resistance to Change (Wayne and Andy, 2001) and Organizational Forgetting (Moshabaki et al., 1391) were used to collect data. The validity of all questionnaires was confirmed by sport management experts and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient as 0.87, 0.74 and 0.85 respectively. Research data were analyzed with structural equation modeling approach and the Smart PLS software. The appropriateness of model fit indicators for all three variables was confirmed. The results showed that perception of organizational politics had a positive effect on teachers' resistance to change while the effect of organizational forgetting on resistance to change was reverse and organizational forgetting could moderate the effect of organizational politics perception on resistance to change. High perception of organizational politics can affect change and moderating processes in the organization with revealing negative reactions in employees and if the employees have sufficient knowledge during changing processes, these changes can be more easily accepted.
