چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر عوامل آموزشی بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان مهندسی کشاورزی پرداخت. جامعه آماری پژوهش، دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی دانشکدههای کشاورزی دانشگاههای دولتی بودند و جهت مطالعه، از روش نمونهگیری چند مرحلهای استفاده شد. تعداد دانشجویان کارشناسی مشغول به تحصیل در دانشکدههای منتخب 6352 نفر بود و براساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد نمونه مناسب، 247 نفر به دست آمد. جهت گردآوری دادههای مربوط به فرسودگی تحصیلی از پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی ماسلاچ که توسط برسو و همکاران مورد بازبینی قرار گرفت؛ استفاده شد و جهت گردآوری دادههای مربوط به میزان رضایت دانشجویان نسبت به عوامل آموزشی از پرسشنامه محققساخته استفاده گردید. پس از تایید روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه و گردآوری اطلاعات، دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از ضریب همبستگی بیانگر ارتباط منفی و معنیدار بین عوامل آموزشی و ابعاد فرسودگی تحصیلی بود که بیان میدارد با افزایش رضایت دانشجویان نسبت به هریک از عوامل آموزشی، میزان فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان کاهش مییابد. در نهایت، براساس نتایج مربوط به ضرایب رگرسیون، محتوای آموزش بیشترین تاثیر را بر ابعاد خستگی تحصیلی و بیعلاقگی تحصیلی و روش تدریس بیشترین تاثیر را بر ناکارآمدی تحصیلی دارد. روزآمد نمودن برنامههای آموزش کشاورزی از جمله پیشنهاد این مطالعه بود. | ||

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of educational factors on academic burnout of agricultural engineering students. The statistical population included 6352 agriculture students at Public Universities of Iran. In this study, multi-stage sampling was used. The number of students at selected Universities was 6352, and according to Cochran Formula, 247 students were selected. Academic burnout questionnaire (revised by Bresó et al.) and researcher-made questionnaire were used for data collection. After confirming the reliability and validity of questionnaire and information gathering, data was analyzed by SPSS software. The findings showed that there were significant differences among students regarding the dimensions of academic burnout (by gender and residence). There were negative and significant correlations between educational factors and the dimensions of academic burnout, which said with the increase of students' satisfaction toward each educational factor, students' academic burnout decrease. Finally, according to regression coefficients, educational content has the most effect on academic exhaustion and academic uninterested and teaching method has the most effect on academic inefficacy. Updating agricultural education programs was among suggestions of this study. | ||
