| چکیده | ||
| Abstract Aim: The aim of this study was to compare the Tarara performance test scores in active males with and without abnormalities of the knee Methods: 60 active men with and without genu varum and genu valgum abnormalities (each group 20 men) purposefully selected and participated in this study. deformities were measured using caliper. Then, participants performed Tarara 16-step functional tests. Data were analyzed by approachs Descriptive Statistics and ANOVA and Tukey HSD. Results: and the results showed that among participants whit and without genu valgum and genu varum abnormalities, in performing 7 tests ( jump, balance Y, lumbar endurance, abduction and adduction of the hip-Planck-hand, lee triple, Nordik hamstring), there are significant differences and subjects whit genu valgum abnormalities in performing these 7 tests were weaker than of another two groups, Also in Tarara performance tests among participants whit and without genu varum abnormalities found no significant differences between two groups. Discussion: With increasing mal-alignment and abnormalities of the Knee among athletes, the importance of the effect of these abnormalities on performance represents its special place more than ever before. due to this matter trainers should pay more attention to this type of abnormality and try to fix it. this findings indicate that having genu varum abnormality is a kind of superiority in performing some tests. in performing other Tarara performance tests, there were not observed significant difference among three groups. | ||

| چکیده هدف:از این مطالعه مقایسه نمرات آزمونهای عملکردی تارارا در مردان فعال با و بدون ناهنجاریهای زانوی ضربدری و پرانتزی بود. روش ها:60 مرد فعال 18 تا 25 سال با و بدون ناهنجاریهای ضربدری و پرانتزی (هر گروه 20 نفر، ارزیابی بوسیله کولیس) به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. سپس آزمودنیها به اجرای آزمونهای عملکردی 16 مرحله ای تارارا پرداختند. داده ها با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و آزمون ANOVA تجزیه و تحلیل شد نتایج:نتایج نشان داد بین سه گروه، فقط در اجرای 7 آزمون، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و گروه ضربدری در اجرای این 7 آزمون ضعیف تر از دو گروه دیگر بودند. همچنین در اجرای آزمونهای تارارا بین افراد با و بدون ناهنجاری پرانتزی تفاوت معناداری یافت نشد که این امر نشان می دهد این ناهنجاری خود در اجرای برخی آزمونها برتری محسوب می شود. بحث:با افزایش بدراستایی ها و ناهنجاری های وضعیتی زانو در میان ورزشکاران، اهمیت تاثیر این ناهنجاری ها بر عملکرد ورزشی جایگاه ویژه خود را بیش از پیش نمایان تر می سازد. با توجه به نتایج باید توجه بیشتری از سوی مربیان به ناهنجاری زانوی ضربدری در رابطه با در نظر گرفتن اقداماتی جهت برطرف نمودن آن شود. | ||
