چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر تاثیر رفتارهای مربیگری بر خودکارآمدی و عملکرد تیمی در بازیکنان لیگ برتر فوتبال زنان کشور بود. جامعه و نمونه آماری شامل 22 بازیکن در هر تیم که 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق در نظر گرفته شد. بدین منظور از پرسشنامه رفتار مربیگری(CBQ) و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی (ESES) برای بررسی پژوهش استفاده شد. برای ارزیابی عملکرد تیمهای فوتبال زنان، رتبه آنها در جدول ملاک قرار گرفت. پایایی ابزار تحقیق با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (رفتار مربیگری 75/0، خودکارآمدی 82/0) به دست آمده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها،از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی)تحلیل عاملی تاییدی CFA جهت سنجش روایی سازه ابزار گردآوری دادهها، مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری SEM "نرمافزار Amos" به منظور آزمون گذاشتن مدل پژوهشی، و نیز آزمون فرضیهها) استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که رفتار مربیگری طبیعی و رفتار مربیگری واکنشی مثبت تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر خودکارآمدی داشته و رفتار مربیگری واکنشی منفی تاثیر منفی و معناداری بر خودکارآمدی دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد خودکارآمدی بازیکنان بر عملکرد تیمی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. رفتار مربیگری طبیعی و رفتار مربیگری واکنشی مثبت بر عملکرد تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است. اما رفتار مربیگری واکنشی منفی تأثیر منفی و معناداری بر عملکرد دارد | ||

The aim of the study was to analyze the influence of coaching behaviors on self - efficacy and team performance of Iranian women's football players in Pro League . Community samples 200 subjects in the study were selected by considering 22 players per team . For this purpose, Coaching Behavior Questionnaire (CBQ) and Self - Efficacy Scale (ESES) were used for the study . To evaluate the performance of women's football team , their place in the table was considered . Reliability of the research toolis obtained using Cronbach alpha (0.75 for coaching behavior, 0.82 for self-efficacy) . In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics Confirmatory factor analysis CFA for data collection , SEM structural equation modelin ” Amos ” to test the research model and also hypothesis testing) were used . The results showed that spontaneous coaching behavior and positive Reactive coaching behavior have a significant positive effect on self - efficacy and negative Reactive coaching behavior had a significant negative impact on self - efficacy . The results showed a positive and significant impact of self - efficacy of players on team performance . spontaneous coaching behavior and positive reactive coaching behavior had a significant positive impact on performance , but the negative reactive coaching behavior had a significant negative impact on performance . | ||
