منابع انسانی زیربنای یک نظام ترویج کشاورزی اثربخش است. آنچه بر اهمیت نیروی انسانی ترویج کشاورزی میافزاید، تحولات مناسب در کشاورزان، شاغلین بخش کشاورزی و روستاییان است که توسط نیروی انسانی کارآزموده و مجرب محقق میشود. نظام ترویج کشاورزی ایران ضمن پاسخگویی به نیازهای موجود، باید خود را برای مدیریت مؤثر تحولات آتی نیز آماده سازد. لذا ضرورت دارد که بسترهای تأثیرگذار بر روند بهبود مدیریت منابع انسانی مورد بررسی قرار گیرند. یکی از مهمترین موارد شکلدهنده این بستر، سلامت سازمانی کارکنان است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی مؤلفههای تاثیرگذار بر سلامت سازمانی نظام ترویج کشاورزی ایران بود که با استفاده از یک رویکرد کیفی به انجام رسید. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل اعضای هیأت علمی رشتههای مدیریت در دانشگاههای معتبر و مدیران ترویج در سطح وزارت جهاد کشاورزی (معاونت ترویج) و استانها بود. در انجام نمونهگیری بر روش نمونهگیری نظری تأکید شد و نمونه-ها به شکلی انتخاب شدند که به خلق نظریه کمک کنند. در این پژوهش 28 مصاحبه نیمهساختارمند با متخصصان و خبرگان مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق صورت گرفت. نمونهگیری با روش گلوله برفی و بهصورت هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل مقایسهای مداوم استفاده شد و مؤلفههای استخراجی در شش طبقه شامل شایستگی مدیریتی، اهمیت منابع انسانی در سالمسازی سازمان، عوامل درون سازمانی، عوامل زمینهای سالمسازی فضای کاری، رفتارهای سازنده سازمانی و پیامدهای سلامت سازمانی دستهبندی شد؛ سپس تفسیر هر یک از بخشها و مفاهیم تشکیلدهنده، توصیهها و پیشنهادات مناسب ارائه شد. | ||

Human resources are infrastructure of an effective agricultural extension system. What adds it, the importance of human resources for agricultural extension is the proper transformation of farmers and agricultural workers and the peasants, which is carried out by trained and experienced work force. For the purpose of respond to existing need, Iranian Agricultural Extension System must also prepare itself for effective management of future developments. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the factors that influence the process of improving human resource management. One of the most important factor of this context is the organizational health of employees. The aim of this study was to identify the factors influencing the organizational health of the Iranian Agricultural Extension System, which was carried out using a qualitative approach. The survey population included faculty members of management at prestigious universities and managers of extension at the level of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad, (deputy of extension) and the provinces. In the sampling method, the theoretical sampling method was emphasizes and the samples were selected to contribute to the creation of theory. In this study, 28 semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts related to the topic of research. Sampling was done by snowball sampling method in order to achieve theoretical saturation. To analyze the data, a continuous comparative analysis method was used and the extraction components in six categories include managerial competence, importance of human resources in healthy organization, inter-organizational factors, factors of workspace healthy, organizational constructive behaviors and organizational health impact, while interpretation of each component and constituent concept, recommendation and suggestions are presented. | ||
