چکیده | ||
عملکرد کارآفرینان معلول تنها محدود به پیامدهای مالی نبوده و میتواند ارزشهای کیفی برای سطوح مختلفی خلق نماید. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل ابعاد کیفی عملکرد کارآفرینان معلول انجام شده است. این پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی و با رویکردی کیفی از نوع مطالعه موردی است. دادههای پژوهش نیز از طریق انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 15 کارآفرین معلول در بازه زمانی مرداد و شهریورماه سال 1399 و در استانهای هرمزگان، بوشهر و کرمان گرداوری شد. از طریق نمونهگیری هدفمند گردآوری شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها نیز طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، انتخابی و محوری و رویکرد جهتدار انجام شد. در مرحله کدگذاری باز، 32 کد نهایی شدند. در مرحله کدگذاری محوری نیز نه مقوله فرعی شناسایی گردید. مرحله سوم نیز چهار مقوله اصلی که نشاندهنده ابعاد کیفی عملکرد کارآفرینان معلول بود را نشان داد. در مقوله فردی ابعاد فرعی عاملیت، و رشد و توسعه فردی شناسایی شد. در مقوله کسبوکار نیز ابعاد دسترسی به منابع، و دسترسی به شبکهها استخراج شد. همچنین در مقوله خانواده، ابعاد بهبود بهزیستی و رفاه خانواده از طریق کسب درآمد، و تغییر جایگاه معلولین در خانواده شناسایی شد. در نهایت و در مقوله جامعه نیز، ابعاد فرعی پشتیبانی جامعه، خروجی برای جامعه، و خروجی برای معلولین شناسایی شدند. | ||

The performance of entrepreneurs with disabilities is not limited to financial outcomes and create qualitative values for different levels. This study aimed to identify and analyze the qualitative dimensions of the performance of disabled entrepreneurs. This research is applied from the perspective of purpose and with a qualitative approach to the case study. Research data were also collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 disabled entrepreneurs through purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed in three stages of open, selective, and axial coding and directional approach. In the open coding phase, 32 codes were finalized. In the axial coding stage, nine sub-categories were identified. The third stage showed four main categories that showed the qualitative dimensions of the performance of disabled entrepreneurs. In the individual theme, the sub-themes of agency and personal growth and development were identified. In the business theme, the sub-themes of access to resources and access to networks were also extracted. Also, in the family theme, the sub-themes of improving the welfare and welfare of the family through earning income and changing the position of the disabled in the family were identified. Finally, in the social theme, the sub-themes of community support, output for society, and output for the disabled were identified. | ||
