| چکیده | ||
| از زمان تشخیص تمایزات ماهوی میان پدیدارهای طبیعی و انسانی، شناخت و بکارگیری روش‌های علمی متناسب با پرسش‌های حوزه علوم اجتماعی، همواره از جمله زمینه‌های حساس و پویای روش‌شناسی این علوم بوده است. این موضوع در خصوص مطالعات سیاست عمومی نیز صادق است. در ذیل این تلاش‌ها برخی پژوهشگران با مدنظر قراردادن اختلافات میان عقاید اثبات‌گرا و پسااثبات‌گرا، ایده «چارچوب تحلیل روایی سیاست» را معرفی نموده‌اند. باور مشترک این جریان تاکید بر برتری روایت‌ها در برساختن جهان اجتماعی انسان‌ها است. مقاله حاضر تلاش دارد با معرفی «چارچوب تحلیل روایی سیاست» که کم‌تر از ده سال از عمر آن می‌گذرد راهگشای پژوهشگران در درک ابعاد نظری و عملی این چارچوب باشد. بر این اساس تلاش شده است علاوه بر ارایه مبانی نظری چارچوب تحلیل روایت، نحوه پیاده‌سازی آن در پژوهش نیز به صورت گام به گام تشریح شود. | ||

| Ever since the characteristic difference between natural and social science was distinguished, the understanding and usage of research methods which suits the research question best, became a major topic in Methodology. The field of Public Policy Studies witnessed the same encounter. Some researcher influenced by the ongoing debate between positivism and post-positivism ideas, introduced the “Narrative policy framework”. The NPF relies mainly on the assumption that the social reality is constructed by Narratives. The NPF which less than 10 years have passed since its publication will be discussed in this paper so the researchers will find his way with the theoretical and scientific dimension of the framework. In this regard following the theoretical explanation, the necessarily steps for operating a research with NPF will also be demonstrated. | ||
