ارائۀ مدل اثر مهارتهای روانی بر مهارتهای مدیریتی و انتخاب الگوی مدیریتی مدیران ورزشی

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائۀ مدل اثر مهارتهای روانی بر مهارتهای مدیریتی و انتخاب الگوی مدیریتی مدیران ورزشی بود. تحقیق حاضر از نوع همبستگی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام گرفت. تعداد 199 نفر از بین 405 مدیر ورزشی اصفهان بهعنوان نمونۀ آماری بهصورت تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامههای الگوهای مدیریتی باس (1996)، مهارتهای مدیریتی و مهارتهای روانی محققساخته بود که روایی صوری، محتوایی و پایایی آن تأیید شده و بهکار گرفته شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات از تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مهارتهای روانی بر مهارتهای مدیریتی و انتخاب الگوی مدیریتی مدیران ورزشی اصفهان تأثیر دارد. همچنین الگوهای مدیریتی تحت تأثیر مهارتهای مدیریتی قرار دارند و نتایج نشاندهندۀ مناسب بودن برازش مدل معادلات ساختاری است (055/0 =,RMSEA90/0=,GFI90/0 =AGFI). از آنجا که مدیران به سطح مناسبی از مهارتهای روانی نیاز دارند و این مهارتها بهصورت مستقیم بر استفاده از مهارتهای فنی، انسانی، ادراکی و سیاسی و در نهایت انتخاب الگوی مدیریت مؤثر است، مدیران میبایست سطح مهارتهای روانی خود را افزایش دهند تا بتوانند سازمانها را به سمت اثربخشی حداکثری هدایت کنند.
The Modeling of Mental Skills on Management Skills and Select Management Style's Sport Managers

The aim of this study was to present a pattern for the effect of psychological skills on management skills and selection the management pattern of sport managers in Isfahan. .The method of this research was descriptive – correlation. For this purpose 199 people of 405 sport managers were evaluated as statistical sample. The required information was collected through management patterns questionnaire by bass (1996), management skills and Psychic skills researcher made questionnaire. Path analysis was used for the analysis. The results showed that psychological skills affect on management skills and selection of management pattern of sport managers. Management skills also influenced the management patterns. In fact, the results indicate the suitability of structural equation model. (AGFI=0.90, GFI= 0.90, RMSEA= 0.055). There was no significant difference and the dominant leadership style of managers was transformational style. Based on findings suggest that sport managers enhance their psychic skills so that they can perform their duties properly. Also in choose of sport managers be considered the model proposed in this study as a guide.
