| Tactical deterrence was one of the main bases of Iran's defense strategy during the war. Iran used mechanisms of tactical action, optimization of human resources, and maximization of instrumental capabilities to counter enemy threats. The formation of the Iraq-Iran war in September 1980 indicated that revolutionary countries were more exposed to regional and international conflicts than any other political entity. The present study aimed to analyze tactical deterrence, which has social, tactical, and practical indicators and signs. Iran tried to create the necessary field for optimizing the power equation. The primary basis of Iran's tactical deterrence in the war was: arms purchases, diversification of instrumental power sources, and cooperation with marginal actors. Therefore, the imposed war process has been a structural reaction by the great powers. Tactical deterrence has been Iran's organized effort to balance power against Iraq's aggression. The coalition of the Western world countries and the great forces to confront Iran was a sign of the world system's efforts to limit Iran's power. Since any structure tends to be balanced, revolutionary governments form imbalances in international politics. The primary question of this study is ‘What tactical and practical mechanisms has Iran used in the war against threats?’ The hypothesis is that Iran has used deterrent tactical action mechanisms to counter enemy threats and maximize its social role in socializing war. The present study has used the structuralism approach. In the structuralism approach, the imposed war has reflected the agreement of the great powers and regional actors. | ||

| بازدارندگی تاکتیکی به‌عنوان یکی از محورهای اصلی راهبرد دفاعی ایران در دوران دفاع مقدس به شمار می‌رود. ایران از ساز و کارهای کنش تاکتیکی، بهینه‌سازی نیروی انسانی و حداکثرسازی قابلیت‌های ابزاری برای مقابله با تهدیدات دشمن بهره گرفت. شکل‌گیری جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران در سپتامبر 1980 نشان داد که کشورهای انقلابی بیش از سایر واحدهای سیاسی، در معرض منازعات منطقه ای و بین‌المللی قرار می‌گیرند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تبیین بازدارندگی تاکتیکی است که دارای شاخص‌ها و نشانه‌های اجتماعی، تاکتیکی و عملیاتی است. ایران تلاش نمود تا زمینه لازم برای بهینه‌سازی معادله قدرت را به وجود آورد. خرید تسلیحاتی، متنوع‌سازی منابع قدرت ابزاری و همکاری با بازیگران حاشیه‌ای را می‌توان محورهای اصلی بازدارندگی تاکتیکی ایران در دوران دفاع مقدس دانست. با توجه به چنین رویکردی، می‌توان به این موضوع اشاره داشت که روند جنگ تحمیلی واکنشی ساختاری از سوی قدرت‌های بزرگ بوده است. ضرورت انجام پژوهش مربوط به تبیین سازوکارهای بازدارندگی تاکتیکی است. بازدارندگی تاکتیکی به‌عنوان تلاش سازمان‌یافته ایران در راستای تعادل و موازنه قدرت در برابر اقدامات تهاجمی عراق بوده است. ائتلاف‌سازی کشورهای جهان غرب و قدرت‌های بزرگ برای مقابله با ایران را می‌توان نشانه‌هایی از تلاش نظام جهانی برای محدودسازی قدرت ایران دانست. از آنجایی که هر ساختار میل به تعادل دارد، ازاین‌رو حکومت‌های انقلابی را عامل شکل‌گیری عدم توازن در سیاست بین‌الملل می‌دانند. پرسش اصلی مقاله آن است که «ایران در فرآیند دفاع مقدس از چه سازوکارهای تاکتیکی و عملیاتی در برابر تهدیدات استفاده کرده است؟» فرضیه مقاله به این موضوع اشاره دارد که «ایران از سازوکارهای کنش تاکتیکی مبتنی بر بازدارندگی برای مقابله با تهدیدات دشمن و حداکثرسازی نقش اجتماعی در جهت اجتماعی‌کردن جنگ بهره گرفته است.» در انجام این پژوهش از رهیافت ساختارگرایی استفاده می‌شود. در رهیافت ساختارگرایی، جنگ تحمیلی انعکاس توافق قدرت‌های بزرگ و بازیگران منطقه‌ای بوده است. | ||
