چکیده | ||
هدف اصلی از این پژوهش ارایه یک الگوی نظام آموزشی مطلوب در بخش کشاورزی با رویکردی مسئولانه جهت حفاظت از محیطزیست با تحلیل، شناسایی و تعیین مولفههای آن بود. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بود که با دیدمان آمیخته اکتشافی آغاز گردید. در مرحلۀ کیفی، با روش نمونهگیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند زنجیرهای تعداد 30 نفر از خبرگان انتخاب شده و مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته بهعمل آمد و مفاهیم اولیه که دارای اشتراک در طبقههای بالاتر بودند با لحاظ نمودن روند سیستماتیک، بهعنوان ارکان نظام، تدوین گردید. در بخش کمی به توصیف و آزمون مؤلّفههای الگو اقدام شد. حجم نمونه با توجه به اندازه جامعه آماری (200 نفر) و با بهرهگیری از جدول مورگان 127 نفر درنظر گرفته شد. بهمنظور بررسی روایی و پایایی مقیاسهای پرسشنامه و شاخصهای موردنیاز به تناسب، از تحلیل عاملی و آزمون آلفای کرونباخ و سایر آمارههای مورد نیاز بهره برده شد. خروجی مشخص پژوهش؛ تحلیل، شناسایی و تعیین مولفهها و میزان تاثیر آنها بر نظام موردنظر و ارایه الگوی نظام آموزش محیطزیست در بخش کشاورزی با توانایی در ارایه خدمات آموزشی مناسب و موثرتر در بخش بود. | ||

The main purpose of this research is to provide a model of an optimal education system in the agricultural sector with a responsible approach to environmental protection by analyzing, identifying and determining its components. The research is an applied type that begins with a mixed exploratory view. In the qualitative stage, with the method of non-probabilistic purposive chain sampling, 30 experts were selected and semi-structured interviews were conducted. In the quantity section, the components of the model were described and tested. Sample size was considered by the size of the statistical population (200 people) and the purpose of the study, ans 127 people were selected. In order to evaluate the validity and reliability of the scales, factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha test and other required statistics were used. Specific research output were: Identifying and determining the components and the extent of their impact on the desired education system, and providing a model for it. | ||
