چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر نگرش سرمایهگذاران خطرپذیر به طرح پیشنهادی کارآفرین، بر قصد سرمایهگذاری آنها در آن طرح با در نظر گرفتن نقش تعدیلگر نوع زبان طرح (انتزاعی و عینی)، تجربه مستقیم سرمایهگذار خطرپذیر و جنسیت سرمایهگذاران است. ازآنجاییکه این تحقیق با هدف کمک به کارآفرینان در شناخت بهتر و موثرتر تصمیم گیری سرمایهگذاران خطرپذیر صورت گرفته، یک تحقیق کاربردی، و برحسب روش گردآوری اطلاعات، کمی و از نوع آزمایشی (میدانی) است. جامعه تحقیق، سرمایهگذاران و کارآفرینان آشنا به حوزه سرمایهگذاری خطرپذیر هستند که در دو گروه مشتمل بر هر دو، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. گروه اول 110 نفر و گروه دوم 74 نفر میباشند. دادههای پژوهش از طریق سناریوهای تحقیق و پرسشنامههای مرتبط با آن، با رعایت اصول استاندارد طرح آزمایشی، در بهمن و اسفند ماه 1399 گردآوری شد. برای آزمون مدل مفهومی تحقیق از روش معادلات ساختاری نرم افزارSmart PLS (نسخه3.3.3) استفاده شد. بررسی نتایج در گروه اول نشان میدهد که نوع زبان و جنسیت رابطه بین نگرش و قصد سرمایهگذاران خطرپذیر را تعدیل نمیکند اما تجربه مستقیم سرمایهگذار قصد سرمایهگذاری را افزایش میدهد. درگروه دوم نیز نوع زبان، رابطه بین نگرش و قصد سرمایهگذاری را تعدیل میکند. همچنین، در طرح انتزاعی، تجربه به طور مستقیم قصد را افزایش میدهد در حالیکه در طرح عینی چنین نیست. | ||

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the attitudes of investors to the entrepreneurial projects and their intention through incorporating the moderating roles of the project language type (Abstract vs. Concrete) and the investor’s experience and gender. This research is applied because it aims to help entrepreneurs better and more effectively understand venture capitalists’ investment decisions. Also, in terms of the data collection method, it is experimental-quantitative. The research sample pertains to investors and entrepreneurs familiar with venture capital that were assigned to two distinct groups. This research data has been collected through online distribution of the research scenarios and their questionnaire. The hypothesized model of the research is tested through structural equation modeling (SEM). Analyzing results in the first group shows that; although the type of language and gender do not moderate the relationship between attitudes and intentions of investors, the direct experience of investors increases the intention for investment. In the second group, the type of language moderates the relationship between attitude and investment intent. Also, in the Abstract language, experience increases the intention while the Concrete language does not. | ||
