چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی پیشایندها و پسایندهای مدیریت اثر سازمانی صورت گرفت. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ رویکرد از نوع تحقیقات آمیخته است. در بخش کیفی از روش فراترکیب استفاده شد. به این منظور مطالعات انجامشده در زمینة پیشایندها و پسایندهای مدیریت اثر سازمانی در بانکهای اطلاعاتی معتبر طی سالهای 1990 تا 2021 جمعآوری و بررسی شد که از میان آنها 67 منبع برای تجزیهوتحلیل نهایی استفاده شدند. در بخش کمّی به منظور غربال و تأیید یافتههای بخش کیفی از روش دلفی فازی بهره برده شد. جامعة آماری در بخش کمّی شامل کارشناسان خبره و متخصص و مدیران باتجربه در شرکت کشت و صنعت روژینتاک بودند که 30 نفر از آنها با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. بر اساس یافتههای تحقیق پیشایندهای مدیریت اثر سازمانی در 3 مقولة اصلی فردی، سازمانی، و محیطی و پسایندها در 4 مقولة نتایج رفتاری، شغلی، عملکردی، و رشد و توسعة فردی شناسایی شدند. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق میتواند از سوی مدیران جهت بهرهبرداری از جوانب مثبت مدیریت اثر سازمانی و اجتناب از ابعاد منفی آن در سازمان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||

The study at hand was carried out to identify the antecedents and consequences of organizational impact management. This study was applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of approach. In the qualitative phase, the meta-synthesis method was used. To this end, the studies on the antecedents and consequences of organizational impact management in valid datacenters between 1990 and 2021 were collected and examined. Out of these, 67 sources were adopted for the final analysis. To screen and confirm the findings of the qualitative phase, fuzzy Delphi method was used in the quantitative phase. The statistical population of the quantitative phase was comprised of the specialist clerks and experienced managers of Rojin Taak Agro-industries Co., from among whom 30 individuals were selected through purposive sampling. Based on the findings of the study, the antecedents of organizational impact management included three main categories, namely individual, organizational, and environmental categories. On the other hand, the consequences were classified into behavioral, professional, performance, and individual growth and development categories. The results of this study can be used by managers to enhance the positive aspects of organizational impact management and to avoid its negative aspects in the organization. | ||
