| چکیده | ||
| سرمایة اجتماعی مشتمل بر مفاهیمی چون مشارکت، اعتماد، و همکاری میان اعضای یک گروه یا جامعه است که نظامی هدفمند را شکل می‌دهد و آن را به سوی هدفی ارزشمند هدایت می‌کند. از این رو، شناخت درست سرمایة اجتماعی می‌تواند جوامع را در پیشرفت و توسعه در ابعاد مختلف کمک کند و موجب افزایش عملکرد و کارآمدی اجتماعی و اقتصادی و سیاسی شود. از سویی دیگر، توسعه و حکمرانی فقط با وجود سرمایة اجتماعی شکل می‌گیرد. بنابراین، این مفهوم همواره مورد توجه حکمرانان، سیاست‌گذاران، و محافل علمی بوده است. در نوشتار حاضر، با هدف شناسایی مهم‌ترین عوامل اثرگذار بر آیندة سرمایة اجتماعی کشور و با رویکرد تحلیل ساختاری، آثار متقابل این عوامل و وضعیت آیندة سرمایة اجتماعی کشور در افق 1410 بررسی شد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است و در آن با بهره‌گیری از منابع معتبر، ذیل رویکرد کتابخانه‌ای و مرور اسناد، از روشهای میدانی (پرسشنامه و پنل خبرگان) به منزلة روشهای مکمل استفاده شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان مجموعه‌ای از صاحب‌نظرانی بودند که توانایی کمک تحلیلی به اهداف پژوهش را داشتند و طی نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و انتخاب آگاهانة افراد نوزده خبره مشارکت کردند. بر اساس نتایج، آیندة سرمایة اجتماعی کشور وضعیت ناپایداری خواهد داشت. بنابراین، ضروری است حکمرانان و سیاست‌گذاران به فکر شناسایی و مدیریت مؤلفه‌های راهبردی و بحرانی این موضوع باشند. در پژوهش فعلی، نُه عامل از عوامل بسیار مهم اثرگذار بر آیندة سرمایة اجتماعی و اثر متقابل آن‌ها تحلیل و در پایان توصیه‌هایی به منظور حفظ و ارتقای آیندة سرمایة اجتماعی ارائه شد. | ||

| Social capital encompasses concepts such as participation, trust, and cooperation among members of a group or society. Understanding social capital correctly can contribute to societal progress, development, and enhanced social, economic, and political performance and efficiency. Rulers and policymakers have long been concerned with the development and governance of social capital. This article aims to identify the key factors influencing the future of social capital and examine their mutual effects, considering a horizon of 2031 through a structural analysis approach. The research is applied in nature, employing reliable sources, document review, and field methods (questionnaires and expert panels) as complementary techniques. Participants were a group of experts chosen purposively based on their analytical assistance potential for the research objectives. Nineteen experts were involved in the study through conscious selection. The results suggest an uncertain future for Iran's social capital, emphasizing the need for governors and policymakers to focus on identifying and managing strategic and critical components related to this issue. The research analyzes nine significant factors influencing the future of social capital and provides recommendations for its maintenance and improvement. | ||
