چکیده | ||
هدف این مطالعه بررسی ترکیبات شیمیایی خیساب ذرت رسوب داده شده با تانن و اثرات آن بر عملکرد صفات و وضعیت سلامت به عنوان یک منبع پروتئینی جدید در جایگزین شیر بود. تعداد 60 راس گوساله نر و ماده شیرخوار هلشتاین به طور تصادفی به تیمارهای: 1) گروه شاهد، 2) تیمار دریافت کننده جایگزین شیر+2 درصد خیساب ذرت رسوب داده شده با تانن و 3) تیمار دریافت کننده جایگزین شیر+4 درصد خیساب ذرت رسوب داده شده با تانن اختصاص داده شدند. پروفایل اسیدهای آمینه خیساب ذرت رسوب داده شده با تانن و جایگزین شیر (بجز سرین، هیستیدین، گلایسین و تیروزین) تفاوت معنیداری داشتند (05/0>P). درصد پروتئین خام خیساب ذرت رسوب داده شده با تانن (56/26 درصد) بیشتر از جایگزین شیر (22 درصد) بود (05/0>P). عملکرد صفات گوسالههای شیرخوار تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. تغذیه گوسالهها با جایگزین شیر حاوی 2 درصد خیساب ذرت رسوب داده شده با تانن منجر به کاهش معنیدار اشریشیا کلی مدفوع در روز 28 شد (05/0>P). استفاده از خیساب ذرت رسوب داده شده با تانن تاثیر منفی بر نمره قوام مدفوع گوساله های شیری از روز 0 تا سن 56 روزگی نداشت (05/0>P). در کل استفاده از خیساب ذرت رسوب داده شده با تانن به عنوان یک منبع پروتئینی در جایگزین شیر تاثیر منفی بر عملکرد صفات و سلامت گوسالههای شیرخوار نداشت. | ||

The aim of this study was to investigate the chemical composition of corn steep liquor precipitated with tannins (CSLP) and its effects on trait performance and health condition of Holstein calves as a new protein source in milk replacer (MR). A total of 60 Holstein dairy calves (n=20 calves per treatment: 10 males and 10 females) were randomly assigned to the one of the three treatments, including: 1) control group, 2) MR+2% CSLP and 3) MR+4% CSLP. The experimental results showed significant difference on percentage of amino acid profiles in CSLP and MR (except serine, Histidine, Glycine and Tyrosine) (P<0.05). The percentage of crude protein CSLP (26.56%) was significantly higher than MR (22%). The performance traits of calves were not affected by the experimental treatments. Feeding MR+2% CSLP led to a significant reduction of Escherichia coli in fecal on day 28. The use of CSLP had no negative effect on the fecal consistency score of calves from 0 to 56 days of ages (P<0.05). In conclusion, feeding of CSLP as a protein source in MR had no negative effect on trait performance and health of dairy calves | ||
