| بیکاری پنهان و مازاد نیروی کار از جمله اشکال مختلف بیکاری بوده که بهطور مستقیم با بهرهوری نیروی کار مرتبط هستند. شناخت و درک درست نسبت به حالات متفاوت بیکاری نقش بهسزایی در کارآمدی سیاستهای اشتغالزای دولت خواهد داشت. در این مقاله ابتدا تلاش شده است که با ارائه تعاریفی جامع و کامل، درک درستی نسبت به این دو پدیدۀ اقتصادی ایجاد شود و سپس وجود این پدیدهها در صنایع کارخانهای ایران مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. در بخش کلان با بهکارگیری فیلتر هدریک - پرسکات، شواهدی مبنی بر وجود این پدیده در اقتصاد ایران در بازۀ زمانی 1393-1376 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که هر دو پدیدۀ بیکاری پنهان و مازاد نیروی کار در کشور ایران در هر دو دورۀ رونق و رکود وجود دارد. | ||

| Hidden unemployment and labour hoarding are two different forms of unemployment related to the productivity of the workforce. Identifying the concepts of various forms of unemployment has an important role in the effictiveness of any employment-stimulating policies. This paper provides a comprehensive definition of hidden unemployment and labour hoarding. It studies micro and macro approach to analyze the phenomenon in Iran’s factory industries. In the macro section, a Hodrick- Prescott filter was investigated to find any evidence pertaining to the existence of this phenomenon in Iran’s economy during the period of 1997-2014. The results of the study reveal the existence of hidden unemployment and labour hoarding in Iran’s economy during both growth and recession periods. JEL Classification: J21, J24, C13 | ||
