| نشست تخصصی "بررسی طرح‌های کاهش آلودگی مناطق جنوب" با سخنرانی دکتر مهدی زیارتی، رئیس حفاظت محیط‌زیست سازمان منطقه ویژه اقتصادی انرژی پارس، برگزار شد. در این نشست، ایشان به تحلیل چالش‌های محیط‌زیستی منطقه پارس جنوبی، یکی از بزرگ‌ترین قطب‌های صنعت نفت و گاز جهان، پرداختند. از جمله مشکلات عمده می‌توان به آلودگی هوا، تجمع آلاینده‌ها در نواحی صنعتی و مسکونی، و محدودیت‌های تهویه طبیعی منطقه اشاره کرد. برنامه‌های محیط‌زیستی شامل تصفیه پساب، کاهش آلاینده‌های گازی نظیر بنزن و دی‌اکسید گوگرد، مدلسازی پراکنش آلودگی‌ها و پایش مستمر کیفیت هوا مطرح شد. با وجود پیشرفت‌های حاصل‌شده، مشکلات محیط‌زیستی همچنان در اولویت کمتری نسبت به توسعه صنعتی قرار دارند. این مقاله به ضرورت سرمایه‌گذاری، تقویت ابزارهای نظارتی و همکاری میان نهادهای حاکمیتی و صنایع برای بهبود وضعیت محیط‌زیستی منطقه تأکید دارد. | ||

| The specialized session titled "Review of Pollution Reduction Plans for the Southern Regions" was held with a lecture by Dr. Mehdi Ziarati, Head of Environmental Protection at the Special Economic Zone of Pars Energy. In this session, he analyzed the environmental challenges of the South Pars region, one of the largest oil and gas hubs in the world. Major issues included air pollution, the accumulation of pollutants in industrial and residential areas, and the limitations of natural ventilation in the region. Environmental programs discussed included wastewater treatment, reduction of gaseous pollutants such as benzene and sulfur dioxide, pollution dispersion modeling, and continuous air quality monitoring. Despite the progress made, environmental issues still rank lower in priority compared to industrial development. This paper emphasizes the need for investment, strengthening monitoring tools, and collaboration between governmental bodies and industries to improve the environmental situation of the region. | ||
