ماکس وبر و جنگ سرد فرهنگی در ایران

چکیده
ماکس وبر امروزه وسیعاً به‌عنوان یکی از پدران بنیان‌گذار جامعه‌شناسی شناخته شده و آرای او در دانشگاه‌ها تدریس می‌شود. بسیاری از جامعه‌شناسان ایرانی نیز به انحای گوناگون خود را متأثر وبر دانسته و در تحقیقات خود از آرای او برای فهم وضعیت اجتماعی در ایران کمک می‌گیرند. در این مقاله، تلاش شده است تا با بررسی لحظه و موقعیتِ تاریخی ورود اندیشه‌های وبر به ایران در دهۀ 1340 شمسی، نشان داده شود که حضور وبر در ایران را بهتر می‌توان درک کرد اگر او را در بستر «جنگ سرد فرهنگی»‌ای در نظر بگیریم که در این دوران، فضای فکری ایران را متأثر ساخته بود. در این نگاه، وبر متفکری قلمداد می‌شود که از خلالِ تفاسیری جنگ سردی به ایرانیان رسیده، در نهادهایی جنگ سردی بازتولید شده و در بستری جنگ سردی بر ایرانیان تأثیر گذاشته است. در این چارچوب نشان داده خواهد شد که موسسه مطالعات و تحقیقات اجتماعی در دانشگاه تهران مهم‌ترین نقش را در معرفی اولیۀ وبر به ایرانیان داشته است و در این مسیر، متون دو تن از مهم‌ترین مفسران وبر، یعنی تالکوت پارسونز و ریمون آرون سهمی بسزا داشته‌اند.

چکیده [English]
Today, Max Weber is widely known as one of the founding fathers of sociology and his opinions are taught in universities. Many Iranian sociologists consider themselves influenced by Weber in various ways and take help from his opinions in their research to understand the social situation in Iran. In this article, an attempt has been made to show that Weber's presence in Iran can be better understood if we study him in the context of the "Cultural Cold War" which had affected the intellectual atmosphere of Iran during this period. In this view, Weber is considered a thinker who reached Iranians through Cold War interpretations, was reproduced in Cold War institutions, and influenced Iranians in the context of Cold War. In this framework, it will be shown that the Institute of Social Studies and Research at the University of Tehran played the most important role in introducing Weber's work to Iranians, and in this direction, the texts of two of Weber's most important commentators, Talcott Parsons and Raymond Aron, have played a significant role.
