| مقدمه: هدف پژوهش ارائه مدل توانمندسازی کودکان با رویکرد توسعه صلح و عدالت اجتماعی از طریق فعالیت ورزشی می‌باشد. روش پژوهش: به منظور انجام تحقیق حاضر از روش نظریه‌پردازی داده بنیاد و رهیافت نظام‌مند اشتراوس و کوربین (1998) استفاده شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل اعضای هیات علمی رشته مدیریت ورزشی و جامعه شناسی (دارای حداقل 3 مقاله علمی-پژوهشی یا 2 کتاب تالیفی در زمینه صلح و عدالت اجتماعی)، مربیان ورزشی (دارای تجربه حداقل 5 سال مرتبط با فعالیت ورزشی کودکان) و مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران ورزشی در سازمان‌های ورزشی مانند کمیته ملی المپیک و فدراسیون‌های ورزشی می‌باشند. نمونه‌گیری به روش هدفمند انجام شد و اشباع نظری پس از مصاحبه 18ام انجام گرفت. ابزار پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه بود. روایی محتوایی ابزار مصاحبه با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و توافق آنان مورد تأیید قرارگرفت. یافته ها: در نتیجه کدگذاری در مجموع 146 کد شناسایی شد و داده‌های مشترک در قالب 43 کد محوری و 15 کد انتخابی، دسته‌بندی گردید و مدل پارادایمی تحقیق در قالب عوامل علی (عوامل فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی)، عوامل مداخله‌گر (توانایی گفتگو و تفاهم، رعایت اصول اخلاقی و اجتماعی و روحیه مشارکت و انتقادپذیری)، عوامل زمینه‌ای (برابری جنسیتی و بینش جهانی)، راهبردها (آموزش صلح‌طلبی، مبارزه با تبعیض و ترویج تعامل انسان با محیط زیست توسعه‌ای)، و پیامدها (آگاهی از آزادی‌های اساسی، حقوق بشر و آگاهی اجتماعی) طراحی شد. | ||

| Introduction:The aim of this research is to provide a model for empowering children with a focus on the development of peace and social justice through sports activities. Methods: To conduct the present study, the grounded theory method and the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin (1998) were utilized. The participants included faculty members from the fields of sports management and sociology (with a minimum of three scientific-research articles or two authored books on peace and social justice), sports coaches (with at least five years of experience related to children's sports activities), and sports managers and policymakers from organizations such as the National Olympic Committee and sports federations. Sampling was done purposefully, and theoretical saturation was achieved after 18 interviews. The research tools included library studies and interviews. The content validity of the interview tool was confirmed using expert opinions and inter-rater agreement. Results: As a result of coding, a total of 146 codes were identified, and common data were categorized into 43 axial codes and 15 selective codes. The research's paradigmatic model was designed in the form of causal factors (individual, family, and social factors), intervening factors (ability to dialogue and understand, adherence to ethical and social principles, and a spirit of participation and critical receptivity), contextual factors (gender equality and global insight), strategies (education for peace, combating discrimination, and promoting human interaction with developmental environment), and outcomes (awareness of fundamental freedoms, human rights, and social awareness). | ||
