| مفهوم مرزهای سیستم زمین (ESBs) ایمن و عادلانه چارچوبی علمی است که پایداری محیط‌زیست و عدالت اجتماعی را در یک ساختار یکپارچه ادغام می‌کند تا هم ثبات اکولوژیک سیاره را حفظ کند و هم از آسیب به رفاه انسان‌ها و سایر گونه‌ها جلوگیری نماید. این چارچوب در سال ۲۰۲۳ توسط Rockström و همکارانش معرفی شد و بر این ایده استوار است که فعالیت‌های انسانی نباید از محدوده‌هایی فراتر روند که هم سلامت سیستم زمین را تهدید کنند و هم نابرابری‌های اجتماعی را تشدید نمایند. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی اجزای کلیدی و مفهوم مرزهای سیستم زمین ایمن و عادلانه و وضعیت کنونی این چارچوب، شامل تحلیل تأثیرات فعالیت‌های انسانی بر مرزهای ایمن و ملاحظات عدالت انجام شده است. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در حال حاضر، اجزای کلیدی نظیر تغییر اقلیم، یکپارچگی زیست‌کره، چرخه‌های آب و مواد مغذی، و آلودگی آئروسل‌ها از حدود قابل قبول استانداردها در سطح جهانی فراتر رفته‌اند. چارچوب مرزهای سیستم زمین ایمن و عادلانه، پایه‌ای کمی برای حفاظت از مشترکات جهانی فراهم می‌کند، به اهداف توسعه پایدار کمک می‌کند، و پیامدهایی برای سیاست‌گذاری و حکمرانی دارد. در نهایت، این چارچوب رویکردی جامع برای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار با متعادل کردن محدودیت‌های محیطی با نیازهای اجتماعی ارائه می‌کند و بر اهمیت ادغام عدالت در حکمرانی محیط‌زیستی تأکید می‌نماید. | ||

| The concept of safe and just Earth System Boundaries (ESBs) is a scientific framework that integrates environmental sustainability and social justice into an integrated structure to both maintain the ecological stability of the planet and prevent harm to the welfare of humans and other species. This framework was introduced by Rockström and colleagues in 2023. The approach is based on the idea that human activities should not exceed limits that both threaten the health of the Earth system and exacerbate social inequalities. This research aims to examine the key components and concepts of safe and equitable Earth system boundaries and the current status of this framework, including an analysis of the impacts of human activities on safe boundaries and considerations of equity. The research shows that currently, key components such as climate change, biosphere integrity, water and nutrient cycles, and aerosol pollution have exceeded acceptable limits set by global standards. The Safe and Just Earth System Boundaries Framework provides a quantitative basis for protecting the global commons, contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals, and has implications for policy and governance. Ultimately, the Safe and Just Earth System Framework provides a comprehensive approach to achieving sustainable development by balancing environmental constraints with social needs. The framework emphasizes the importance of integrating justice into environmental governance to ensure a fair and equitable distribution of resources and opportunities while maintaining Earth system stability. | ||
