| چکیده | ||
| مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه‌ها به‌عنوان یکی از رسالت‌های کلیدی نظام آموزش عالی در قرن بیست‌و‌یکم مطرح است. این پژوهش، با هدف تحلیل و مقایسه نقش دو نهاد آموزش عالی برجسته شهر پکن (دانشگاه پکن و دانشگاه نرمال پکن) در پرورش، ترویج و نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ مسئولیت اجتماعی در میان دانشجویان نگاشته شده است. به این منظور با استفاده از تحلیل اسنادی و تفسیر محتوای کیفی اسناد، گزارش‌ها و مقالات مربوط به اقدام‌های این دو دانشگاه، تلاش شده است تا الگوهای نظری، سازوکارهای اجرایی و راهبردهای تربیتی مرتبط با مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشجویان تبیین شود. به این ترتیب با بررسی اقدامات نهادی، رویکردهای تربیتی و چالش‌های پیش‌رو، شناختی عمیق‌تر از پیاده‌سازی مسئولیت اجتماعی در نظام آموزش عالی در کشور چین به دست آمده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که هر یک از این دو دانشگاه با بهره‌گیری از الگوهای متفاوت، سهم معناداری در شکل‌گیری این فرهنگ ایفا می‌کنند. دانشگاه پکن عمدتاً از رهگذر ساختارهای سازمانی، اقدامات داوطلبانه، پروژه‌های اجتماعی توسعه محلی و ارتباط با جامعه در زمینه ارتقای آگاهی دانشجویان نسبت به مسئولیت اجتماعی خود عمل نموده است، در حالیکه دانشگاه نرمال پکن با تأکید بر رویکردهای آموزشی، فعالیت‌های پژوهشی و خدمات عمومی دانشجویی به ارتقای کنش مسئولانه دانشجویان پرداخته است. در نهایت، پیشنهادهایی برای بهره‌گیری هم‌زمان از هر دو الگو در راستای ارتقای مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی دانشجویان در نظام آموزش عالی ارائه شده است. | ||

| University social responsibility (USR) has become one of the central missions of higher education institutions in the 21st century, reflecting a growing recognition of their broader societal roles. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the roles played by two leading universities in Beijing—Peking University and Beijing Normal University—in nurturing, promoting, and institutionalizing a culture of social responsibility among students. Through qualitative document analysis and content interpretation of relevant institutional reports, academic articles, and strategic documents, this research explores the theoretical foundations, operational mechanisms, and educational strategies associated with student social responsibility at both universities. The findings reveal that while both institutions have made substantial contributions to shaping this culture, they have employed distinct yet complementary approaches. Peking University primarily advances student awareness through organizational structures, voluntary programs, community-based projects, and partnerships with local stakeholders. In contrast, Beijing Normal University emphasizes academic integration, research-based learning, and student-led public service initiatives to foster responsible action. By identifying institutional practices, educational models, and ongoing challenges, the study offers a deeper insight into how Chinese higher education institutions implement USR. It concludes with policy and practice recommendations for drawing on the strengths of both models to enhance the social responsibility of students across the higher education sector. | ||
