| چکیده | ||
| به منظور دستیابی به یک وضعیت پایدار واقعی در شهرها مدیریت توسعه پایدار شهری به عنوان یک راه حل اساسی است که باید سیاست هایی را جهت حصول به شهرهای پایدارتدوین کند. هدف این پژوهش پرداختن به مفهوم مدیریت توسعه پایدار شهری و هم چنین ارائه تجارب توسعه مطلوب شهری اتحادیه اروپا است.روش تحقیق این مقاله توصیفی-تحلیلی است. توسعه پایدار در شهرها باید مبتنی بر مدیریت پایدار شهری باشد. شهرهای پایدار باید مکان هایی باشند که مردم می خواهند در حال حاضر و در آینده در آن زندگی و کار کنند. آنها نیازهای متنوع ساکنان موجود و آینده را برآورده می کنند و نسبت به محیط خود حساس هستند. بر اساس نگرش مدیریت توسعه پایدار شهری توجه ویژه به شاخص های پایدار شهر جهت تأمین خواست و نظر شهروندان در امور شهر برای رسیدن به تعادل و توسعه پایدارشهری ضروری می باشد. برای بهبود شرایط زندگی جوامع شهری مقامات شهر باید سیاستها و برنامه هایی را دنبال کنند که از تمرکز پایدار و مقاوم فعالیتهای اجتماعی پشتیبانی کند. براساس منشور لایپزیگ اتحادیه اروپا اعمال سیاست توسعه جامع و یکپارچه ، تمرکز توجه ویژه بر محله های محروم دو اصل کلیدی برای توسعه پایدار شهری هستند. اتحادیه اروپا از شاخص های کمی و کیفی برای مقایسه شاخص ها پایداری برای هر شهر استفاده می کند. چهار بعد توسعه اقتصادی،توسعه اجتماعی حفاظت از محیط زیست و حکمرانی شهری موثر ارکان شهرهای پایدار را تشکیل می دهند. | ||

| In order to achieve a real stable situation in cities, sustainable urban development management is a basic solution that must develop policies to achieve sustainable cities. The purpose of this research is to deal with the concept of sustainable urban development management and also to present the best urban development experiences of the European Union. The research method of this article is descriptive-analytical. Sustainable development in cities should be based on sustainable urban management. Sustainable cities should be places where people want to live and work now and in the future. They meet the diverse needs of existing and future residents, are sensitive to their environment, and contribute to a high quality of life. Based on the perspective of sustainable urban development management, it is necessary to pay special attention to the sustainable indicators of the city in order to satisfy the citizens' demands and opinions in the affairs of the city in order to achieve balance and sustainable urban development. In order to improve the living conditions of urban communities, the city authorities should follow policies and programs that support the sustainable and resilient focus of social activities. According to the Leipzig Charter of the European Union, the implementation of a comprehensive and integrated development policy, focusing special attention on disadvantaged neighborhoods are two key principles for sustainable urban development. The European Union uses quantitative and qualitative indicators to compare sustainability indicators for each city. The four dimensions of economic development, social development, environmental protection and effective urban governance form the pillars of sustainable cities. | ||
