رابطه سواد هوش مصنوعی با حرفهایگری معلمان کشور: نقش میانجی رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه | ||

| چکیده | ||
| با ظهور فناوریهای نوظهور در عصر دیجیتال، ادغام هوش مصنوعی در نظامهای آموزشی به یک ضرورت انکارناپذیر تبدیل شده که که مستلزم بازتعریف نقشها و توانمندیهای حرفهای معلمان است. در همین راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه سواد هوش مصنوعی و حرفهایگری معلمان با نقش میانجی رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و با هدف کاربردی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی معلمان مقاطع تحصیلی مختلف کشور بود. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، نمونهای به حجم 604 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل سه پرسشنامه سواد هوش مصنوعی وانگ و همکاران (2023)، پرسشنامه حرفهایگری معلمان هوی و همکاران (1998) و پرسشنامه رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه مسمان و همکاران (2010) بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS3 و آزمون مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که سواد هوش مصنوعی معلمان با دو متغیر رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه و حرفهایگری معلمان رابطه مستقیم و معناداری دارد. همچنین رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه به عنوان متغیر میانجی، نقش تقویتکنندهای در رابطه میان سواد هوش مصنوعی معلمان و رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه آنها ایفا کرد. ضرایب مسیر، آمارههای tو نتایج بوت استرپ نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. یافتهها تأکید میکنند که میزان سواد هوش مصنوعی معلمان و رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه نقش تعیینکنندهای در بهبود حرفهایگری آنها دارد. ایجاد جو سازنده و حمایتی برای افزایش مهارتها و شایستگیهای معلمان در حوزه هوش مصنوعی و همچنین ترویج فرهنگ نوآوری و خلق ایده میتواند موجب ارتقاء حرفهایگری معلمان گردد. | ||

| With the emergence of new technologies in the digital age, the integration of artificial intelligence into educational systems has become an undeniable necessity—one that requires a redefinition of teachers’ professional roles and competencies. This study aims to investigate the relationship between artificial intelligence literacy and teachers' professionalism, considering the mediating role of innovative work behaviors. This research was a descriptive-correlational study and had an applied purpose. The statistical population included all teachers at different educational levels in the country. Using the Cochran formula, a sample size of 604 people was selected through convenience sampling. The data collection tools included three scales: Wang et al.'s Artificial Intelligence Literacy Questionnaire (2023), Hoy et al.'s Teacher Professionalism Questionnaire (1998), and Messmann et al.'s Innovative Work Behaviors Questionnaire (2010). Data were analyzed using Smart PLS3 and structural equation modeling test. The results showed that teachers' artificial intelligence literacy has a direct and significant relationship with innovative work behaviors and teachers' professionalism. Also, innovative work behaviors, as a mediating variable, played a reinforcing role in the relationship between teachers' artificial intelligence literacy and their innovative work behaviors. Path coefficients, t-values, and bootstrap results confirmed the adequacy of the proposed model. The findings highlight that teachers' artificial intelligence literacy and innovative work behaviors play a decisive role in improving their professionalism. Creating a constructive and supportive climate to increase teachers' skills and competencies in the field of artificial intelligence, as well as promoting a culture of innovation and idea creation, can enhance teachers' professionalism. | ||
