| حکومت مستقل حدود دویست ساله قطب شاهیان در جنوب هند ( دکن) در نهایت شکوه و عظمت یکی از بارورترین دوره های رشد و اعتلای زبان و ادبیات فارسی و گسترش علم و دانش بوده است بنیانگذار این سلسله سلطان قلی متولد همدان بود در اثر حمایت او و جانشین بود که در انواع رشته های علمی به ویژه تاریخ آثار ارزنده ای پدید آمد اکثر این تاریخ ها از لحاظ سبک و زبان چه به زبان ساده و چه مصنوع روشی عالمانه دارند آثاری چون تاریخ قطب شاهی از مولفی ناشناس که درباره تاریخ ظهور سلسله قطب شاهی حاوی اطلاعات فرانوان و سودمندی است یا برهان ماثر از ابن طباطبا که از جهت مطالعاه تاریخ دکن اهمیت بسیار دارد یاتاریخ قطب شاهی تالیف خورشاه که بر پایه منابع بسیارم هم تاریخی نگارش یافته است یا حدیقه السلاطین ناظم الدین احمد شیرازی یا حدایق السلاطین علی بن طیفور بسطامی وتاریخ فرشته و آثار دیگر که در اصل مقاله بدان پرداخته شده است | ||

| The two-hundred-years of The independent kingdom of the Muslim Qutb-Shahids in the Deccan, south of India, was a magnificent era for the growth and promotion of the Persian language and literature as well as the expansion of science and learning. The founder of the dynasty was Sultan Quli, of Iranian origin born in Hamedan. Sultan Quli and his successors were the great patrons of various sciences and outstanding historical works appeared particularly in this era. The style of writing and the language of most of these historical works, whether in simple or artificial language, are scholarly and well wrought. Works such as QutbShahi History by an anonymous writer on the beginning of the Qutbshahi dynasty, gives us lot of helpful information; Borhan-e Ma’ather by Ibn Tahataba is a significant book for The study of the Deccan history. These and other works like Qutb-Shahi History by Khurshah compiled on the basis of very important earlier sources: Hadiqat us-Salatin by Nezam ud-Din Ahmad Shirazi; Hadaeq us-Salatin by Au Ben Tayfur Bastami; Fereshteh History, and other historical works of the same era are all introduced in this article. | ||
