Abstract | ||
Business Process Re-Engineering (BRP) is a way for fast and instant conformity with environmental conditions. Re-Engineering through available tools causes for change in processes and finally in all organization structure in wide dimensions and with tools that have known as BRP Change lever, practice of Re-engineering is possible. In this article, the writers desire to recognize re-engineering and related concepts and then define about different changes lever in Re- Engineering, then introduce one of the important tools in reengineering known as Information Technology (IT). At the end, role of Management in Re-Engineering and its relation with Information Technology (IT) will describe. | ||
