He was shafiite (member of a sunnite sect founded by Imam Mohammad Shafe'ee) in his jurisprudence religious and he followed the school of eloquence and in his eloguence he was Ashari (member of a sunnite sect founded by Abu Mussa Ashari), He, in his commentatory' has refuted Jarollah Zamakhshari's reasoning, the auther of Kashshaf who was Hanafite (follower of a sect of Islam) in his religious and was schismatic in his school. Beizavi also has refuted some commentary ideas of great shiite commentators like Sheikh Tooci and AJlameh Tabarci. I tried to compare the statements of great shiite and sunnite and give my opinion about the accuracy and inaccuracy of them. Since this article is too long I divided it in several articles and this is the first one.
