| چکیده | ||
| این مقاله پژوهشی است در مسکن اشکور بالا یا اشکور تنکابن که دهستانی است کوهستانی از بخش حومه شهرستان رامسر‘ استان مازندران. آنچه در این مقاله حائز اهمیت است‘ عبارت است از: 1)خانه فقیر و غنی تنها از جهت تعداد اتاقها از هم متمایز می شوند نه از جهت نمای ظاهر یا نوع مصالح؛ 2)خانه مکانی است برای تبادل نظر و آرا در شبهای فراغت‘ و محلی برای انتقال تجربه ها و رفع اختلافها؛ 3)خانه و معیشت چنان با هم درآمیخته اند که نشانه های معیشت را درهر گوشه خانه می توان یافت؛ 4)همیاری و تعاون که از ویژگیهای بسیاری از جوامع روستایی است‘ در کارخانه سازی نیز‘ هنگامی که نیاز به کار جمعی هست‘ رخ می نماید؛ 5)نظافت و رعایت بهداشت نه تنها در اتاقها و ایوانها بلکه در بخشی از کوچه نیز‘ که در حریم خانه قرار داشته باشد‘ از یاد نمی رود؛ 6)خانوار‘ با تغییر فصل‘ از اتاقی به اتاق دیگر نقل مکان می کند. 7)از تمام محدوده خانه حتی از بامها و دیوارها استفاده می شود و فضای زائد یا تزئینی در مسکن دیده نمی شود. | ||

| in this research, the residence in Eshkevar -e- Bala or Eshkevar-e- Tonekabon which is a mountainous village, located near Ramsar City in Mazandaran Province, has been scientifically investigated. After doing this research on the residence, from various perspectives, the following research findings have been obtained. 1. The houses of the poor and the houses of the rich are differentiated, due to the number of the rooms only, and not by their appearances of their construction materials. 2. The house is the most appropriate place for mutual discussions, problem - solving sessions, experience exchanging, ..., during the leisure time at night. 3. The house and the money - earning are so intermingled that one may well notice the various features, factors, and manners of money ¬earning in each place of the house. 4. Since they should work collectively in house - constructing, the cooperation which is the major characteristic of a large number of rural communities may be frequently noticed. 5. The process of cleaning and health affairs not only inside the house but also in some site of the alley which belongs to the house are well considered and done by the villagers. 6. The family removes to the other rooms of the house on the basis of season shift. 7. All of the house sites, such as the rooms, the yard, the walls, the roof, ..., are well used and occupied. One may notice no useless places and spaces or no sort of ornamentation. | ||
