Abstract | ||
Management of organizational behavior is one of the fundamental responsibilities of manager. In exploring organizational behavior the effects of formal and informal relationships becomes particularly significant. Due to such importance, DR . Mohammad saeed taslimi in the article "Behaviorism of Combined Activities (Formal and Informal)" examines the integration of formal and informal activities, inter-effects of formal and informal activities, and informal behavior among various levels on the basis of formal relationships. He offers method for improving managers evaluations. | ||
