In “Application of Management Information Systems to the Analysis of Human Resources Development Strategies, Dr. Abbas Bazargan reviews the process of planning and directing the Human Resources for the realization of the national planning objectives. He emphasizes the effectiveness of the Human Resources Planning in Creation of employment opportunities, supply of skilled individuals, training and indoctrination, as well as a feedback mechanism for Human Development in productive organizations. Dr. Bazargan proposes the following stages for a process of human development: 1.Determination of the needed information 2.Design and establishment of the information system 3.Creation of the organizational structure 4.Design and formation of a periodic reporting system on human development topics, and 5.Training and retraining of a qualified staff for analysis system and policy control. | ||
