| It is commonly believed that anthropology is mainly concerned with the so called primitive societies and savage minds. After second world war some pioneering anthropologists applied the specific research methods of anthropology to urban studies. This stody critically examins the research methods of Warner, Mead, Forster, Kemp and Lynd, and concludes that urban anthropology needs a multi - dimentional methodology. | ||
