In this article the late Imam Khomeini’s perception about educational systems, and Institutions Universities and Islamic seminaries have been analysed. The situations and qualities of universities in the former (Pahlavi). regime have been explained, then the conspiracies which are directed toward universities and also the importance and significance of teachers and university professors have been analysed and at the end the characteristics of an ideal and desired university system have been dealt with. This article has been designed by analyzing about 110 document of the speeches of late Imam Khomeini.
