With respect to the exceeding economic social and cultural power of trans national corporation and reaching to the arms of global management, without doubt these corporations can have great Influence over the strategies and planning of developing countries. The major objective of this article is to define this reality that without knowing the activities, methods and styles of management and their domination over the resources of the countries and increasing their profit making through investment in developing countries, the possibilities of effective negotiation and just realization of benefit for these countries would he out of reach. Rational and logical strategy determination and planning is needed in order to counter the dominating trends of these corporations. In this article questions of this nature have been posed and attempts have been taken place to respond appropriately as well as thoroughly.
